Tourist Destination

Bali is a beautiful island with many Tourist Destinations. Many attractions are quite close to the villa, while for others you may need a half or whole day off your time. Here are just a few ideas of activities you may want to pursue :

Krisna Adventure " Singaraja "

Krisna Adventure became one destination to spend vacation time. many rides provided by the management for customer satisfaction like ATV, Flying fox, food & drink, and each other.

Bali Barat National Park

The Bali Barat National Park is located in the west of Bali. National Park is huge and includes 7,000 arcres of protected coral reef off the coast. It is mountainous area and consists mainly of rain forests, mangrove orests, savannas and coral reefs. In the park there are more than 200 species of plants. Some of these plants has a religious and spiritual meanings as the banyan tree. In the National Park also include leopard, wild boars, snakes, iguanas, lizards, turtles, monkeys, geckos, and find huge spiders, you can also find another large herbivores such as deer, wild buffalo and banteng (os).

Banjar Hot Spring

Near the monastery are the famous hot springs of Air Panas. This "hot spring“ are situated in the hills of the Village of Banjar and surrounded by beautiful nature 380C hot sulphurous spring flows at eight carved dragon heads. The sulphurous water has a healing effect for skin complaints.

The hot springs can easily by reached from lovina beach by motorbike or another transportation to the junction of main road ( Jalan raya Seririt - Singaraja ) with the road that leads to Banjar Village, From there you can take an ojek (motorbike taxi) or a dokar (horse cart), or make a steep climb on foot. From the village of Banjar it is a one km walk or drive uphill (follow the signpost shortly after the village market) to the car park of the hot springs. Buy your ticket (Rp. 3,000) from the small office and run the gauntlet for a few hundred meters along the hawkers stalls to the entrance of the baths.

Brahma Virama Arama

In the hills of Banjar, about 15 minutes from Lovina is the Buddhist Monastery, Brahma Virama Arama. The only Buddhist monastery in Bali. The monastery is spread accross multiple layers and has special painted walls and prayer rooms. It is also called the little Borobudur. The monastery is inhabited by some Balinesse Buddhist monks. From the hill on which the monastery is located, you have a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea. A visit to the monastery is well combined with the hot springs of Air Panas

Dolphin Watching

Lovina is known for the dolphins which you can see in the morning before sunrise during a boat trip. From Lovina leave countless fisherman aboard tourist who go in search of dolphins. Because of the large shrimp population the coast there a lots of dolphins and the chance of seeing these animals is 80%. The boat can be surrounded by dozens of dolphins jumping and playing. It is usually sufficient to meet up one day in advance by a fisherman. The tour lasts about two hours. The cost is about 120,000 to 150,000.


Munduk is located in the mountains south of Lovina. It is mountain village making it a lot cooler here. Munduk is located amidst the rice terrace and coffe is also grown in this region and cloves, it is breathtakingly beautiful. You can make beautiful walks to and along lake Buyan Tamblingan Not far from Munduk is the magical temple Pura Ulundanu Beratan in and arround there are the most beautiful botanical gardens in Bali. You will find many wild orchids, including very rare species. In the hills behind Seririt you can make beautiful walks through the rice fields.

Menjangan Island

Just off the northwest coast of Bali lies a small island with the name Menjangan island (of Pulau Menjangan in the Indonesian language). This island is situated in the protected marine reserve of the Bali Barat National Park The island is surrounded by hectares of beautiful coral reef gardens with a very diverse eco biology, which makes it a favorite destination for snorkelers as well as divers. The good drop-offs on Menjangan’s south side is a popular spot for local people and tourists wishing to dive for a variety of fish and coral reef exploration. There are no dangerous currents to contend with in this area. Apart from a high diversity of coral species and colorful, tropical fish there are also many kinds of sea birds and shorebirds frequenting the island. Also the Hawkesbill Turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata) is sighted frequently in the area. Menjangan island is often referred to as Deer Island as it happens to be the habitat of the Barking Deer or Muntjac (Muntiacus muntjak)

Pulaki Temple

Pulaki Temple or Pura Pulaki is a Hindu shrine located in the hill bank with beautiful beach just in front of the temple located in north part of Bali. It is one of the biggest Hindu temples in Bali situated in the coastal side west part of Singaraja town or 1 hour drive to the west from the town. This temple is set on the flat land with stone hill bank as a back drop meanwhile the blue ocean is just in front of the temple. The holy group of monkeys are living around the temple and keep the temple from the the bad influences according to the local people believes. These monkeys are coming from the Macaca Fascicularis group or Long-Tailed Macaque. Pulaki Temple is one of the places appointed by Bali’s government as a tourist destination that you must visit when traveling to Bali in particular north part the island.

Scuba Diving

Not surprisingly, Bali offers some of the best diving in the world – shipwrecks, rich black sand bays and clear, current-swept reefs. In addition, Singsing Village is perfectly located to dive some of the top spots in Bali: Menjangan Island with the Eel Garden and Underwater Cave Point and Tulamben bay with the famous wreck of the USAT Liberty. There is also a world famous dive spot for underwater macro photography, called Puri Jati, directly at "our" house beach. Go chase the rare mimikry octopus there. Many excellent 5 star PADI dive centres are active in the Lovina and Permuteran. You find more information in the guest information book. Singaraja Town

Singaraja Town was once the capital of Bali and is still the largest city in north Bali. Still, you can discover various district where Dutch settler lived and worked. In Singaraja you can do your daily shopping at the big Supermarket Hardy’s. The town is about 15 minutes from the Villa. Singaraja is home of Gedong Kertya library. It Contains the famous Lontar Manuscripts and lots of Balinese literature and books about the colonial period. In the port Singaraja you can still find old warehouses fro the era of Dutch colonization. There is also an authentic Chinese temple. In Singaraja you will also find a number of departement stores, hospitals, pharmacies, banks, and the big market.


Snorkelling is a ‘must do’ when holiday in Bali . There are underwater beauty that you have not seen before You can snorkel at many different locations close to the villa, but our absolute favourite is Menjangan Island. The coral reefs around this island count as one of the worlds best Snorkelling locations. Don´t grab fast it!

Krisna Water Sports

The first is water attractions in Singaraja. Various games are in the Krishna Water Sports such as Fly Fish, Fly Boards, Parasalling, Donut Boats, Banana Boats, Canoe and many kinds of other interesting games. In addition to Travel Games are also restaurants and bars such as stalls Subak Ubud branch and LaCosta singaraja bar. Pura Ulun Danu Bratan - Bedugul Temple

Pura Ulun Danu Bratan, or Pura Bratan, is a major Shivaite and water temple on Bali, Indonesia The temple complex is located on the shores of Lake Bratan in the mountains near Bedugul

Water temples serve the entire region in the outflow area; downstream there are many smaller water temples that are specific to each irrigation association (Subak).

Built in 1633, this temple is used for offerings ceremony to the Balinese water, lake and river goddess Dewi Danu, due to the importance of Lake Bratan as a main source of irrigation in central Bali. The 11 stories of pelinggih merudedicated for shiva and his consort Pravathi. Budha statue also present inside this temple. Lake Bratan is known as the Lake of Holy Mountain due to the fertility of this area. Located 1200 m above sea level, it has a cold tropical climate.

Handara Golf & Country Club

At only a 45 minutes drive, you can play golf at the Bali Handara Kosaido country club, the oldest golf course in Bali as well as Indonesia. This is the only golf course in Asia with its location set in extinct volcano. Nestled, 1,142 meters above sea level, northwest of Bali, at Bedugul, it offers a par seventy-two, 6,432-yard eighteen hole championship course surrounded by lush tropical rain forest near vertical crater walls clad in vegetation.

The Handara is a deceptively difficult course. There are plenty of bunkers, lakes and other water hazards to get you into difficulty. The greens and gardens are immaculate.
